Now that you know exactly what you want to create, what’s the next step? Delivery. Fact is, it couldn’t be easier.
1. Digital Photo: If the photo you want to use is already in an electronic format, you can email this to us right from this page. Just use our delivery form and attach the file you'd like us to use. It's that easy! Note: we can only accept one attachment per submission.
We accept the following file types: jpg, gif, eps, psd, tif, and png - so we're confident that one of these will work for you!
For us, the larger the file the better, but don’t get caught up worrying about DPIs or MBs or KBs or any of that other confusing computer stuff; if for some reason we can’t work with what you sent us, we’ll contact you and come up with a solution. We always do.
2. Hard Copy: All you have is a hard copy original? No worries. Just mail it to us at:

We’ll scan it and send it back. And believe us when we tell you we know how important family pictures are. Your originals will be returned to you in exactly the same condition we received them. And if you’re worried about sending it in the mail, just give us a call. We’ve even been known to make house calls!
